Writing On Palm
Although, after the enlightened being saw things of the world, he wanted to help people make their hopes come true, there was nobody who had interest in his words so he had to wander around the world to find people. Arriving at a village, he made a placard to attract people’s attention. The placard read,
“Look, listen, and convey and you will attain whatever you want.”
A man in shabby clothes came up to the enlightened being and said reaching out his hands.
“Give me money. Money!”
Then, a crowd gathered around the enlightened being to see how he dealt with the man. He said.
“Why do you tell me to give money to you?”
“You wrote it there, didn’t you?”
The man shouted at him to meet his demand, indicating the placard. The enlightened being said.
“I will help you to make your hope come true. Go quickly and work and you will get the money you want.”
Hearing this, the man who demanded money got disappointed very much and the crowd laughed loudly, clapping.
